General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These conditions regulate commercial transactions for the sale and purchase of products that the company Torno offers through the website tornolighting.com, whose domain belongs to Torno, through its online store section, hereinafter the Store.

Purchase Process and Acceptance

All products offered in the Torno Store are available (except in exceptional cases).

You can start the purchase by clicking on the «Add to cart» button that is located in the section related to each product and you have two options:

• You can register in the Store by clicking on «Register» and filling in the data that appears in the registration form.  In this case, you will have the option of establishing a password, which will allow you to quickly access successive purchases, without the need to fill in all the data again, which will be stored according to our Privacy Policy
• Alternatively, you can provide us with the data necessary to make the purchase and deliver it without your data being saved for future purchases.

The processing of the data you provide us can be consulted in our Privacy and Cookies Policy. If you want an invoice for your purchase, you must fill in the NIF/NIE field and we will send the invoice to the email address you have provided.

Once you have provided us with the details, you will be able to verify the contents of your shopping cart and the total amount of the shopping cart (including taxes).

You can then make the payment through the Redsys passarel·la.

Once the payment has been made, the purchase process will be completed. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the purchase made.  Here you can also check if the shipping address is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with the shipping address via email info@tornolighting.com, as it cannot be changed once the package has been dispatched.

Delivery Policy

Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Delivery will be made by ordinary mail within 5 and 10 working days from the day after the purchase is made. Orders received on Fridays or holidays will be shipped on the first following working day. Orders ordered in the month of August will be shipped from September.

At Torno we take care of the shipping costs by ordinary mail for all orders in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and abroad: Through the Store we only accept orders from Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and other foreign countries. In the event that the User is interested in acquiring one or more copies of Torno from these autonomous regions or abroad, please contact us via email info@tornolighting.com.

Return & Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal: In compliance with the amendment of the General Law for the Defense of Consumer Rights, approved on April 13, 2013, you may return your purchase in the Store within fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the order, as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging.

To return a product, you must send us a communication to our email info@tornolighting.com, indicating your details and the order reference. We will then inform you of the address to which you must send the product to us, the shipping costs of which will be borne by you, and the steps to follow.

Once we have received the goods and verified the receipt of the product in perfect condition, Torno will refund the amount of the returned product, using the same payment method used to formalize the purchase.

Erroneous or defective product: If you have received a defective copy or a wrong publication, you must notify Torno  within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the order by email to our email info@tornolighting.com. Torno will proceed to analyze what happened and, once the validity of the claim has been confirmed, will replace the product without surcharges.

Modification of the conditions of sale

Torno reserves the right to modify, develop or update these conditions at any time, in accordance with the law and informing users by publishing them in this space.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Transactions carried out in the Store are understood to be subject to Spanish Law. For any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these conditions, both parties submit to the provisions of the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction.
